We use very few. Here is each one and what it does.

What we use
Strictly necessary: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and local storage that holds your basket between visits. Neither can be switched off without breaking the site, and neither is used for tracking.
Analytics: aggregate page-view counts so we know which categories people struggle to find. Anonymised at collection, with no cross-site tracking and no advertising identifiers.
What we do not use
No advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, no third-party trackers and no data brokers. We are a wholesaler, not an ad network.
Managing them
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will mean your basket empties on refresh and you cannot stay logged in.
